Landscape revitalization of the garden of Săvârșin Castle

Săvârșîn Castle is a property of the Royal Family of Romania, located in Arad County, known for its architectural beauty and historical importance. Eco Garden Construct recently landscaped the castle grounds.

Landscape Concept and Design Eco Garden Construct has developed a landscape plan that respects the history and tradition of the castle while integrating modern elements to enhance the visitor experience. The design included relandscaping the historic gardens, adding seating and strolling areas, and planting a variety of plants and flowers to bloom in different seasons.

Restoration and Conservation of the Historic Gardens: A key part of the project was the restoration of the castle’s original gardens, preserving the historic elements and bringing back to life the structures and plants that were part of the original landscape. This included the restoration of paths, fountains and other decorative elements in the garden.

Integration of Natural Elements:Eco Garden Construct has placed a special emphasis on integrating natural elements into the landscape design. Natural materials such as stone and wood have been used to create a harmonious and sustainable environment. Native trees and shrubs were also planted to preserve local biodiversity.

Relaxation and Recreation Areas: In order to transform the gardens into a friendly and accessible space for visitors, several relaxation areas have been created, including benches, gazebos and picnic areas. They offer ideal places to relax and admire the surrounding landscape.

Landscape Lighting: Another important aspect of the landscaping was the landscape lighting. Eco Garden Construct installed an ambient lighting system that enhances the beauty of the gardens and the castle, providing a pleasant and safe atmosphere for evening strolls.

The landscaping project realized by Eco Garden Construct at the Săvârșin Castle not only restored the historical beauty of the estate, but also created a contemporary, accessible and pleasant space for all visitors.
